The real challenge of the sports challengeis in LIVING TOGETHER
There is no professional rower on board, all are amateurs.Each one will have benefited from all the necessary training and guidance in order to be able to hold a precise role on board.Half of the time is spent rowing (6 times 2 hours per day, i.e. 12 hours).During the remaining 12 hours, one will spend time recovering (rest, food, personal care), and fulfilling two tasks for the rest of the crew.
The first task may concern the boat's management (for example navigation, repair of electrical or electronic systems, waste management, on-board video, drone pilot, health manager, etc.), and the second possible task may be to replace a crew member unable to fulfill his/her role.Each member is responsible for his/her role in the smooth running of the boat. Each must rely on the others, all must be able to rely on each other.TEAM SPIRIT will be the guiding principle for the crew to live together harmoniously during the challenging months.
