Odyssey-Climate is intended to enlighten us on the vital need to reverse harmful effectson biodynamic systems as nature impacts life on the planet.

The instigators of the project think that the risk of doing nothing is much greater than the Odyssey venture itself.They invite women and men of 3 generations to participate in this immense challenge to stimulate the renewal of humanity.Participants from three generations, including 60-77 year olds, 35-60 year olds, and 18-35 year olds, will come together on board.And how will these mixed and transgenerational crews behave in this epic journey?It will be an epic story full of adventures.This small boat will carry the hopes of new societies.
Changing environmental circumstances, sea conditions that can be monstrous, unusual and severe weather phenomena, inappropriate encounters with marine animals, acts of piracy or maliciousness at sea by outside boats, material incidents on board (fire, breakdown of vital equipment, etc.), human error, administrative formalities when crossing borders , and other unknowns.
They will have spent a long time preparing for the constraints they will encounter, the possible difficulties they will encounter and the unknown situations they will encounter.There will be a succession of mooring and survival courses, preparation for the Spartan living conditions, the rhythm of the rowing phases (6 times 2 hours a day - that's 12 hours a day for all of them), and the primary and secondary roles they will play in the crew.They will have spent several days at sea with their crews on preparatory outings, in order to assess the personal challenge awaiting them. They will have prepared themselves for the worst, as well as for the success of their venture.
